​Rainier Developments are preparing a planning application for a high-quality development of up to 67 new homes, which will include a mix of house types, and affordable homes to help meet local needs. The proposal will include a new access from Walton Road, alongside the creation of public open space, a children's play area, sustainable drainage features, and comprehensive landscaping.
